If you like to cook regularly, you need different pots, whereby a few basic shapes have proven themselves for the standard equipment. Everything that needs a lot of liquid for cooking can be put into the casserole pot, as its edge is particularly high, nothing splashes out when frying meat and it also absorbs pasta, potatoes and vegetables without any problems. The stewing pot is a combination of pan and meat pot, the edge is higher than the pan, so hardly any fat splashes out when frying. At the same time, the rim is lower than the meat pot, so that the liquid evaporates faster and you can easily turn the meat/vegetables. Made from easy-care and robust Cromargan®, all pots are equipped with a TransTherm® universal base and are therefore suitable for all types of cookers including induction.
